notice in the above that the line 2 DEC 00 is hex 02, if it were hex 00, then there would be no effect, it is now teleport because line 7 DEC 04 is hex 01, it also achieves max power/body mode because line 01 DEC 10 is hex 02, this means that the over all combined move for pressing x+z(block+chargekii) without pressing any direction requires the following hexDEC's to be altered:

they need to match up, 1 of the lines is all about ability and the other line is about acociated effect, example

(pressing x+z without holding any direction eg x+z for goku gt ssj4 is teleport to the opponent- hex number 01) but it must be combined with line 2 dec number 01 which is 00 and can be made to 33 and some others for the teleport to continue working, you can make an explosive teleport using this method, you just need to match up the right numbers, look at chars you like and match up numbers by checking their lines 2 and 7 of this paragraph...

(pressing forward and holding x+z eg:ssj4goku says "i'll finish you in five seconds- hex number 00)

(there are far too many combinations to go through, better use a char you like the moves of and see how they are combined, this way is the only way to learn how to make the perfect char for you)

WHERE THE CHARAcTER GOES (BE IT MODEL 1 OR MODEL 2 OR 3 OR 4 IS ALL DECIDED ON WHERE YOU HAVE THE CHARACTER YOU TRANSFORM FROM WHICH IS DIRECTED FROM THE RES41 FILE IN THE SAME CHARACTER AFS WZS3US1.AFS FILE,TO FIND THE CHAR IN THE RES41 FILE SIMPLY COPY THE CHARS TRANSFORMATION HEX FROM THE CHAR FILE LIKE 1917'S GOKU GT SSJ4 TRNS CODE (FF FF FF 07) then type it backwards (07 FF FF FF) AND SEARCH FOR THAT HEX CODE IN THE RES41 FILE,

or get hxd as your hex editor and open the res41 file in it,then change the settings of hxd to 10 ANSII DEC and go to offset (00000070) then over right to the linedown, DEC Number 05 and you will see the HexNumber 04 as the hex VALUE for that characters model slots as this is the paragraph for goku early,now if you count down 6 lines or offset (00000130) in the DEC Numerdown 05 you will come to the next characters modelamount hex, DEC Number also 04 because it is goku mid who has four models,changing these hex, DEC Numbers will change how many models you can choose when you go into game,look for characters with 2 slots that you want to add extra models and change the hex from 02 to 04,then when you go into dkz studio import the new character model into the 64 kb=(empty slots)
making sure to fill both normal and battle damaged slot cause if you fill only one and he gets bd'd,the game will crash or freeze,

1917 has ssj4 gt goku normal model 1
1918 has ssj4 gt goku normal model 2
1919 can be filled as it is a 64kb normal or model 3 slot
1920 can be filled as it is a 64kb normal or model 4 slot

all you have to do is in the res41 file,goto offset (00000670) and DEC Number 05 and change the value 02 to 04 or 03 depending on how many models you want - be it 1 2 3 0r 4,
(caution on changing the, DEC Number - if you transform up or down to a character that doesn't have the slot 3 or 4,the game will crash as there is nowhere to go so make sure to put models in the relevant slot of where you want to transform to)

2nd set are english or all english from 3588 down and all japanese from 3587 up in the char afs wzs3us1.afs,,, the music and dialogs are in the other afs called wzs3us2.afs which can be altered with pes sound converter if you keep the size and bit rate the same it will work fine with what ever sound file you put in ,if you change the sizes of the files then only the music may work but the dialogs go silent and often crash the game,i haven't listed the 2nd afs as it is pretty much named the whole way through.
